I'm on this really nice weight loss journey. This is the first time I feel really optimistic about reaching my goal. I've lost 4 pounds just this week! 14 more to go. I'm not giving myself a deadline, because I tend to procrastinate..I'm trying to keep my eye on the goal, not a date. I want to have the lowest BMI I can without being underweight.
Next...quit smoking...right.
I want to take a vacation at the end of the month..nowhere too far or too expensive. Ideas? |

Soo...I've been a very busy girl. Woking midnights in a new hospital in the critical care unit, going to school full-time and going to clinicals. Making time for sleep is a difficult thing to do. I blacked out the other day from sheer exhaustion....oy.

I've finished my first week of nursing school! The countdown has begun!
I can't handle living in this house on top of the stress of school. BUT I don't know if I can afford to move. I don't know what to do...

I was 95% sure I didn't get in....I was SO PISSED that I was going to push back my whole life at least another year.
